Check out our Heritage Series of homes starting as low as an “Unbelieveable” price of around $65.00 a square foot which includes the minimums to move in (crawl space foundation, electric and plumbing hookups, heat & air). The price does not include land cost, site clearing, well / septic, driveway, upgrade options, appliances or on-site required build out. House of the Month (Not Part of the Heritage Series)
Each month we provide a home plan that is unique and new. Each plan includes a list of upgrade amenities included in the special price . Each monthly plan is available for 90 days from the date of introduction. Pricing will be honored for customers with a deposit placed within that 90 day period.
