Site Preparation — Planning & Layout
Whether you have property for commercial development, or you are planning your site for a new home, Mountain Places Land Development can help. We offer services from value engineering, project consulting, budgeting, job cost estimates, demolition, site clearing, all phases of grading and earthwork for our customers. We begin any project by defining the customer’s needs and vision for the site. We seek to minimize the cost of site improvement work and to maximize predictability in the scheduled completion and cost of improvements. We understand that development costs mount quickly. Costs for due diligence, interest, engineering studies, and other expenses make it imperative that your project is completed as soon as possible. We can help get you there by providing time efficient and professional services for your land development needs.
Earth Work- We safely and efficiently have excavated and graded millions of cubic yards of earth and developed in excess of $50M in total site development. We succeed by placing skilled, motivated operators in well-maintained, late model equipment supervised by professional project managers. Through our experience within the last ten years, we have progressively increased the scope and size of our paving, drainage and earthwork projects.
Structural Excavation- Additionally, we are capable and experienced in the art and science of structural excavation and backfill. Excavating and backfilling for structures is a complex part of the project that not all earthmovers are capable of performing. We have provided this service for projects as simple as residential home building to multi-million dollar commercial developments.
Land Development- We perform and manage a varied range of service - from demolition, site clearing, all phases of grading and earthwork to storm, water, and sewer utility services, asphalt and curb/gutter which provides a complete site work package for our clients.
Demolition- We perform various types of demolition projects. Some of the work we complete for clients might only consist of demolition of buildings and clearing sites. Our expertise also includes technical or partial demolition projects.
Winter Storm Cleanup- We perform all aspects of cleanup from snow plowing to ice storm damage cleanup and repair. We will also work with your insurance company.
