We are a family owned residential & commercial Real Estate Development Company with over 30 years of experience in land development, civil engineering, surveying, and landscape design and installation. Owner, David Owens, has successfully constructed many residential and commercial projects in Alabama, southern Florida, western North Carolina and north eastern Tennessee. Because of his high ethics and moral convictions, he formed our company with the goal of offering a detailed-oriented approach to projects, ultimately producing higher quality results and satisfaction for our clients. We offer a “turn key” service approach whereby we provide a wide range of services from site planning and layout, site preparation, site clearing, roads, driveways, landscaping, floor plan design, and all contracting in between.
We are fully insured/bonded, offer cost control experience, and have credible references available.
